Connie Kincaide is a wife, mom, advocate, and elected member of the Cedarburg School Board and Ozaukee County Board of Supervisors.
Connie is an education-focused leader dedicated to creating an exceptional student experience, ensuring safe learning environments, and setting practical, attainable goals for the Cedarburg School District. She prioritizes high-quality education, strong peer relationships, and the well-being of students and staff. Her approach emphasizes measurable academic achievement, improving teacher retention, addressing staff shortages, boosting student morale, and fostering pride in the school community.

Connie favors approaches that are student-centered, measurable, and focused on each student leaving the CSD being able to say confidently that they had an exceptional learning experience.

Connie respects and values that we all have preferred communication methods and abilities.
She will answer questions to the best of her ability, and should topics arise that she is not well-versed in, is never opposed to researching and connecting with others who may be.
